Villa Alexa

In the south part of the Elba Island, a few distance from Capoliveri, Villa Alexa is the ideal place to spend your holiday immersed in the nature enjoying beautiful views overlooking the sea.
The villa, completely private and at your exclusive use, is immersed in a spacious park characterized by cork plants and palms that ensure you privacy and pleasant shady areas where you can relax enjoying the colours and flavours of the island.
The swimming pool (11 x 6 metres, minimum depth 1,20 mt, maax depth 1,70 mt, open from the first Friday in May until the last Friday in October) at your exclusive use is equipped with outdoor furniture and a tennis court with synthetic grass. Tennis teble at disposal.
You could also prepare and enjoy your al fresco dishes by using the outdoor kitchen and a fully equipped veranda with a dining table. Barbecue available.
Villa Alexa has free Wifi Connection and A/C upon consumption
Equipped beaches only 10 minutes walking far from the villa.

Innenbeschreibung

Villa Alexa lives in light: the big windows which characterize the whole villa make it extremely bright and allow you to enjoy- even from the indoors -the beautiful natural views that the Elba island boasts of.
Furniture is characterized by simple yet functional lines ensuring you the maximum comfort in any area.
The Villa is composed of the main building (200sqm) and an annex (50sqm) both on the ground floor and which develop into a 1 level.
In the main villa we find a spacious open space composed of the kitchen, the living room with the Sat Tv, sofas and fireplace.
From this area you can directly access the terrace with a second dining area. A double bedroom with private bathroom and a double bedroom with a further bunk bed which can be closed and become a desk, and private bathroom complete the villa.
The annex which is under the terrace of the main building, is a shiny open space where you can find a double bed, a small single bedroom and a bathroom.
You can directly access either the villa or the annex from the garden.
