The villa construction dates backs to 200 years ago yet a current detailed restoration has given birth to a renewed accommodation respecting and mantaining the places and the traditional stone walls intact and allowing the guests to enjoy the ancient precious travertine and terracotta floors with beautiful exposed wooden beams.
The Villa is situated in the countryside around Siena only a few km far from Radda in Chianti and halfway between Siena and Florence.
Its position is the the perfect starting point to discover the most beautiful Tuscan landscapes and cities. You can boast of a breathtaking overlooking view the surrounding vineyards and countryside, immersed in the colours and flavors of this stunning Tuscan area.
Villa Petra is composed of a unique stone building surrounded by a spacious fully fenced garden with a beautiful panoramic swimming pool at your exclusive use (12X6 mt with minimum depth 1,20 mt- maximum 2,70 mt- open from May to October) provided with outdoor furnishing to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation under the Tuscan sun.
A Tennis court with syntetic grass and an external loggia with a wood-burning oven are at your exclusive use to cook your favourite al fresco dishes.
The Villa has a private parking and an external laundry room (accessible only from outside).

Villa Petra wisely combine the charme of Tuscan countryside houses to the comfort of a modern ones with light and functional indoors rich in all you need to live an holiday over any expectation. It develops into 2 levels connected by an internal staircase.
From the entrance on the ground floor you reach the spacious living room complete with tv and sofas; the dining area on the left is directly connected with the large and modern kitchen designed to satisfy your specific needs. The dining room boasts of the overlooking view the swimming pool through the french window and an external veranda with dining table to enjoy the pleasant rural atmosphere.
In the living room you can find the staircase that leads you to the first floor with both a second living area with fireplace and the sleeping area which is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a double Suite with private bathroom and a small tower used as relaxation area with double sofa bed. Two bathrooms with showers and double basins complete the floor.
