Via Grande is a wonderful villa with private swimming pool that is located in the surroundings of the small town Trescagni, placed on the north-eastern side of Etna, only 20 km far from Catania. The property is the ideal place to spend a holiday under the sign of relax, discovering all the beauties that the nearby area can offer. Thanks to its strategic location, you can use it as base to reach in a few kilometres the Etna Park, with its extraordinary natural sceneries, the Strada del Vino dell’Etna, but also the most fascinating locations of the south-eastern Sicily, as Taormina, Catania, Noto and Siracusa. Villa Via Grande is immersed inside a wonderful and vibrant garden, rich of many varieties of native plants of this area. In the garden, in front of the villa, there is the beautiful swimming pool (6 mt x 12 mt, fixed depth of 1,40 mt), perfectly sun exposed and complete with sun decks, sun umbrellas and outdoor shower, where you can relax and refresh yourself during the hottest summer days. The outside of the villa is provided with a practical veranda with barbecue area, complete with dining table with chairs and sofas, ideal to cook and taste you meals outside with your friends or family, or relax with a good book. Moreover, inside the terrace, there are also an enjoyable table-tennis and table football. Near the barbecue area there is also an exclusive and equipped gym provided with air conditioning and complete with bathroom with shower.

Villa Via Grande develops onto two levels and can easily host up to 7 people, divided into three double bedrooms, and a guest hosted in a single sofa bed. The villa disposes of refined and elegant spaces, that have been very carefully furnished. From the ground floor you can access to a wide entrance that leads you directly to the kitchen, fully equipped with: fridge and freezer, oven, stove, two kettles, blender, dishwasher, Espresso coffee machine, ice machine, microwave oven and toaster. On the left of the entrance there is the dining room complete with table and chairs, enriched by a beautiful and bright stained-glass window that will allow you to enjoy a beautiful and panoramic view on the surrounding nature. The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower. From the wide entrance, through a beautiful staircase that internally link the two levels, you directly access to the lower floor where there is the sleeping area composed by: a living room provided with sofa, TV and bar corner, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a walk-through room with single sofa bed, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Villa Via Granda disposes of internet free Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, heating, mosquito nets in all the rooms, baby chair, washer and iron.
