Corte Dorata is located at the edge of the beautiful Scicli, baroque UNESCO heritage town, it is a wonderful villa with swimming pool, placed in a panoramic location. The property is the ideal place for those who are looking for a holiday in the name of relax, but at the same time, want to explore the stunning south-eastern part of Sicily, like the city of Modica, Ragusa-Ibla and Noto. Not only, from Corte Dorata you could easily reach the beaches of Marina di Ragusa, Donnalucata and Sampieri. The villa is immersed inside a lovely garden, decorated with olive trees, dry white stone walls and carobs trees. Corte Dorata has been recently and wisely renewed, and its interiors have been designed to give the maximum of the comfort and modernity to its guests. On the outdoor part of the villa there are exclusive activities, available for the guests: a tennis or soccer court; a panoramic swimming pool (12 mt x 6 mt – depth min 1,50 – max 1,50 mt) perfectly sun exposed and provided with sundecks, sun umbrellas and an outdoor shower, from which you could enjoy a breathtaking and panoramic view over the surrounding landscape; a wellness area with sauna, hammam, jacuzzi bathtub and sensory shower, perfect to spend you relaxing moments; and a dining area, complete with dining table, chairs and a barbecue area, ideal to cook and taste you favourite meals outside or drink a good glass of wine under the moonlight together with your family or friends.

Villa Corter Dorata can easily host up to 8 guests and it spreads over three levels. On the ground floor there is a small tea room, complete with sofas. Going on, there is the wide living room composed by sofas, TV and a kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: oven, fridge and freezer, blender, kettle, microwave oven, stove, dishwasher and an espresso coffee machine. The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom with king-size bed, complete with en-suite bathroom with bathtub. Going up through the stairs, that internally link the levels of the villa, there is on the first floor a small corner bar, perfect to take a break after a long day, and a double bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom with shower. Going up to the second floor, there are two double bedrooms both provided with en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
Villa Corte Dorata disposes of free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, heating and mosquito nets.
