Villa Gelso Bianco is a stunning villa located in a panoramic position, in the surrounding of the wonderful city of Scicli. The baroque cities of Val di Noto, together with Siracusa and the famous seaside villages of Sampieri, Donnalucata, Punta Secca, Marina di Ragusa, Portopalo and Marzamemi, are easily reachable from the property. The villa disposes of a panoramic view over the surrounding sea, that is just 4 km distant from the house, you can find both beach with sand and with rocks. Gelso Bianco is set inside a vibrant and well-kept garden, full of many varieties of mediterranean plants, typical of this area. In front of the villa there is the wonderful infinity swimming pool (4mt x 12mt, deep min 0,30 – max 1,60), perfectly sun exposed during the day and equipped with sundecks and outdoor shower, ideal to relax and refresh yourself during the hottest summer days. Near the pool there is also a practical and comfortable dining area, complete with dining table, chairs, sofas and a barbecue area, where you could cook and taste your outside meals in company of your family and friends.

Villa Gelso Bianco develops on just one level and can easily host up to 8 guests divided into two areas: one is the main part of the property that can host 6 guests, the second is the dependence that can host 2 guests. The interiors have been wisely designed to give the maximum of the comfort and hospitality to the guests. The main part of the house opens, on the ground floor, into a wide and bright living room, complete with a sofa, TV, dining table with chairs. Going on there is the kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: oven, fridge and freezer, espresso coffee machine, American coffee machine, dishwasher, blender, ice machine, kettle, toaster and induction hob. The floor is completed by two double bedrooms, both complete with en-suite bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom completes with shower. There is a dependence which makes part of the main building, composed by a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom complete with shower.
Villa Gelso Bianco disposes of free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and heating.
