Tenuta della Vigna is a stunning villa with private swimming pool, surrounded by a vibrant vineyard, located just outside the city of Marsala. In fact, from the property, you could easily reach some of the most famous places of Western Sicily, as the famous city of Marsala, with its historical well-preserved city centre and the fascinating architecture, the near beach of San Teodoro, the Baia Cornino and San Giuliano, the sandy beach of San Vito lo Capo and the famous Tonnara di Scopello, used as setting of some Hollywood movies. Tenuta della Vigna is immersed inside a wonderful and well-kept garden, rich of many varieties of local plants of the area, as the beautiful vineyard that characterized the property. In front of the villa there is the stunning swimming pool (size 10mtx5mt), perfectly sun exposed and complete with sun decks, sun umbrellas and outdoor shower. Interiors
Tenuta della Vigna could easily host up to 10 guests and it spreads over two levels. From the veranda you can access to the entrance of the villa, where there is a small entrance that leads to the kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, blender, toaster and dishwasher. On the ground floor there are also a dining room, provided with dining table and chairs, a living room composed by a sofa, fireplace and tv, a double bedroom, a second double bedroom provided with en-suite bathroom with shower, and a bathroom complete with shower. From the living room you can access to the first floor through a stair that internally links the two levels. On the first floor there is a living room with sofas and tv, and it disposes of an access to the beautiful terrace, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the surrounding landscape; two double bedrooms, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Tenuta della Vigna disposes also of free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, heating, washer, iron and iron board, safety box, baby bed and baby chair.
