Villa Gira Sole is a wonderful property located near the beautiful sandy beach of Fontane Bianche, a seaside place on the south of Siracusa. The villa is the perfect place where you can spend a holiday in the name of relax, enjoying the sun and sea of this stunning land, but at the same time, it is the starting point to discover the beauties that Sicily could offer to its guests. In fact, the villa can be used as base to easily reach the most beautiful locations of Eastern Sicily, as Siracusa, Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, the wildlife reserve of Vendicari and the seaside villages of Portopalo and Marzamemi, but also Taormina and the Park of Etna. What makes the villa unique is its position near the sea, in fact, you can easily reach on foot both the beach and the sea with rocks. Gira Sole is set inside a vibrant and beautiful garden, rich of many varieties of local plants. In the garden there is the amazing swimming pool (3,70 x 9,50, deep min 1,40 - max 1,40), perfectly sun exposed, provided with sundecks, umbrellas and outdoor shower, ideal to refresh yourself during the hottest summer days. Near the swimming pool there is the practical and convenient barbecue area, complete with dining table with chairs and gazebo, where you can cook and taste your favourite meals outside with your friends or family.

INTERIOR
Villa Gira Sole can easily host up to 6 people and it spreads on two levels. The interiors have been wisely furnished mixing together an ancient style with a more modern one, giving to the villa an elegant and warm atmosphere. The property opens into a wide living room provided with sofa, dining table with chairs. Going on further, you can access directly to the kitchen, fully equipped and complete with: oven, microwave oven, stove, fridge and freezer, espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. The ground floor is completed by: a double bedroom, two bedrooms with French beds, and two bathrooms with shower. From the bright living room, you can access to the upper floor through a beautiful solid wood staircase, that internally links the two floors, where it is placed another double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Villa Gira Sole disposes of free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning, heating and washer.
