La Dolce Vita is a beautiful villa with swimming pool located on the north-western coast of Siciliy, near Castellammare del Golfo. Its strategic position allows to easily reach the near Guidaloca beach, the town of Scopello, Castellammare del Golfo and the Riserva dello Zingaro. The villa is perfect both for those who are looking for a holiday under the sign of relax, and who wants to use it as base to discover the beauties as Erice, Trapani, Marsala and the Temples of Segesta and Selinunte. La Dolce Vita is set inside a vibrant and well-kept garden with a lawn, full of many varieties of plants. In the garden there is also the beautiful and comfortable private infinity swimming pool (10,00 x 4,00, deep min 1,50 - max 1,50), complete with sun decks and outdoor shower, perfectly sun exposed, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay of Castellammare. Near the pool there is also a comfortable veranda, provided with sofas, dining table with chairs, and a barbecue area, perfect to cook and taste your favourite meals outside with your family or friends.

La Dolce Vita can easily host up to 8 guests and it spreads over two levels. On the ground floor, from the beautiful veranda, you can access to a wonderful and bright living room, that, thanks to the beautiful stained-glass windows, will give you a fantastic view over the surrounding outdoors. The living room is complete with sofa, two armchairs, dining table, chairs and TV. Going further there is the kitchen, fully equipped and provided with: oven, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, American coffee machine, Espresso coffee machine, toaster, blender and kettle. The ground floor is completed by a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Through a staircase, that internally links the two levels, you can access to the first floor, where there is the sleeping area composed by a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, a double bedroom, a double bedroom with two singles beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there is also a wonderful terrace, equipped with a coffee table and chairs, where you can relax yourself enjoying a panoramic view over the surrounding bay.
La Dolce Vita disposes of free Wi-Fi internet connection, washer, iron, air conditioning and heating.
