Luxurious apartment located in the historic center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna.
The house is located on the 4th floor of an old building with elevator and a large courtyard. It is composed of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people.
The apartment is furnished with beautiful period furniture and antique paintings that make us feel the atmosphere of history to which the building belongs.
Innenbeschreibung
Upon entering the apartment you walk along a corridor that leads to the large living room with comfortable sofas and dining area, illuminated by large windows overlooking Palazzo Torlonia and via Bocca di Leone.
On the left there is a large bedroom with red painted walls.
Going forward to the corridor you will find a bathroom with shower, furnished with fine marble.
Continuing we find the spacious kitchen characterized by a large window and equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and coffee machine, washing machine and dryer.
Behind the kitchen there is a large bathroom divided into two rooms: toilet and sink on one side and large shower and sinks on the other. Continuing down the corridor there is a smaller bedroom with a single bed and a mezzanine bed.
At the end of the corridor we find a large bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower and from the room you access a small balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
The third double bedroom, on the other hand, overlooks the entrance street of the Palace and enjoys a wonderful view over the roofs and it has the bathroom ensuite.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts including: Sky TV, DVD, hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, free WIFI internet.
