The house is located on the ground floor of a XVII century building in via della Vetrina, a few steps from Piazza Navona.
This apartment is a real architectural jewel, skilfully renovated maintaining the structural elements of the '600 and enhancing them with modern materials. The characteristic vaulted ceilings in the living room and bedrooms and the spiral staircase in Roman bricks for access to the lower and upper floors, bear witness to the ancient history of this building. However, modern elements in steel and glass have been introduced, used both in the structures and in the furnishings, for example, in the design radiators and lamps that illuminate the vaults of ceilings. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Innenbeschreibung

The apartment consists of a large living room with two sofas, one leather design and the other sofa bed for two people, a 40" flat screen TV. In the dining area you will find the modern kitchen in colored crystal and the large dining table to accommodate all guests. From the living room you access to an internal garden with flowers and equipped with table, chairs and a sun awning with electric opening.
On the same floor there is a first double bedroom and the first bathroom of the house, equipped with bathtub.
Adjacent we find the second bedroom, the master bedroom, with double bed, TV and bathroom with shower.
In this room you will find the '600 spiral staircase leading to the glass loft where there is a single bed and a wardrobe.
Going down to the lower floor of the main one we find a fitness area equipped with Technogym treadmills and dumbbells of different weights. The room is also equipped with a bed where you can lie down and enjoy a tea, prepared with the kit in the room.
Next to the wellness room there is a two-seater sauna, a Jacuzzi and a bathroom with shower. From this room another staircase leads up to the living room.
All the views are internal, ensuring an extremely quiet environment and protected from street noise.
