The apartment has been recently renovated. The work carried out wanted to enhance the spaces, with fine finishes and a careful and accurate choice of furnishings.

The apartment is located on the second floor with lift, inside an old building of the last century, it can accommodate up to 5 people.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with bathroom ensuite with shower also equipped with a pleasant Turkish bath. The other bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a studio area. The house has a second bathroom with shower, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances. The living area is equipped with every comfort: a 50" smart TV and a comfortable sofa where you can relax.
All rooms are air conditioned. The apartment also has a washer and dryer.
