The villa is elegant and attention to every detail was paid during restoration. The villa is characterized by a classic Tuscan stone building located inside a large property surrounded by green, where you can enjoy an amazing view.
The property has a private swimming pool for exclusive use of guests (10 x 5 m - with Roman steps for easy access - minimum depth of 1.2 m - maximum depth 2,10 m - open from 01/05 to 30/09) an outdoor shower and sun deck complete the setting. In the garden there is also a patio with gazebo, table and barbecue for al fresco dining. At the guests disposal are also private parking and an outdoor laundry.
The villa develops on two floors connected by an internal staircase, with the living area on the ground floor with a bright living room overlooking the valley and the garden, dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Interior Description

The villa develops on two levels, the interiors have been furnished with taste and elegance and are complete with all the comforts needed to make your vacation perfect!
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room surrounded by windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding valley , furnished with sofas and complete with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen (complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine ) and a dining room with fireplace. On the ground floor there is also a guest toilet.
Going up the internal staircase you reach the first floor where you will find at your disposal two double rooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The villa has air conditioning in all the bedrooms and the living room.
