Welcome to Villa Savina, an ancient manor house immersed in the nature and greenery of the Tuscan countryside. The property is located in a secluded and quiet place but at the same time just a few kilometers away from services, shops, restaurants and attractions that the nearby town of Monte San Savino has to offer, a small medieval village full of Renaissance charm.
The villa was carefully renovated in 2020, paying attention to the smallest details to make it one of a kind and offer an ideal stay in the heart of Tuscany to the guests who stay there. The materials, decorations and colors used are studied down to the smallest details to give a sense of peace and maximum comfort.
The villa has a wonderful external area with a garden covering an area of ​​approximately 2000m2 and a swimming pool measuring 13 meters wide x 5.5 meters wide, 1.50 meters deep and entirely fenced and complete with deckchairs, external bathroom and changing room .
The external equipment available to guests also includes a barbecue for cooking in the open area and an external gazebo. This area offers incredible views and is perfect for al fresco dining and dining, creating lasting memories with family and friends.
Furthermore there is an external annex to the villa overlooking a wonderful loggia perfect for enjoying the view on summer days. Private internal parking available.

Interior Description

Villa Savina is made up of a main building (the main villa) and an annex to accommodate up to 14 people in total.
The main villa is spread over 2 floors. The ground floor has a large living room with fireplace, a spacious dining room, a lounge with TV and a large kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook and prepare your favorite dishes.
Villa Savina is perfect for an unforgettable and unique stay with a layout designed to allow you to relax and socialize as best as possible.
The ground floor is completed by a pantry, a bathroom suitable for disabled people and a laundry room.
Once you reach the first floor of the villa, you will find a beautifully designed space featuring a combination of elegant flooring, modern furniture and a layout that ensures comfort and luxury.
On the first floor we find the area consisting of four bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, heating and its own private en suite bathroom.
The bedrooms are an expression of taste and elegance and the use of colors and decorations have been designed to obtain a sense of relaxation and harmony in the environment.
Furthermore, the villa has a room with a billiard table so you can play, have fun and have fun with your friends and family.
A storage room completes the upper floor.

The annex adjacent to the main villa can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people and is made up of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds and a living room with a single sofa bed. A bathroom with large shower and an adjoining kitchen with dining room.
