Vittorio Alfieri is an elegant and refined apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Cortona, an ancient medieval village of Etruscan origins rich in charm and history. We are located in a secluded and quiet place inside an historical building, but at the same time a few meters from the main squares and streets of the city, close to all the services and beauties that the city has to offer. The apartment is comfortably located on the first floor and is ideal for up to 4 people.
Vittorio Alfieri has all the necessary comforts to make your stay in Cortona unforgettable. It is characterized by high ceilings and large windows that give light to the rooms and all of them overlooking the citiy and the valley, giving beautiful views of the territory. It was completely renovated preserving the value of the structure and maintaining the ceilings with exposed wooden beams, the floors with the ancient ceramics and glimpses of ancient frescoes on the walls but on the other hand has combined modern and design details.

Interior Description

The apartment is all on one level for a total of about 90 square meters. Accessing from the main door you get into the living area consisting of a large dining table and a beautiful living room with sofas and Smart TV. The kitchen consists of two rooms and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite dishes. The rooms are two doubles: one on the left of the living room is very large and spacious with a studio corner and a sofa, the second is on the right after the kitchen. Both are complete with wardrobes. The bathroom is one and is complete with both shower and bath.
Vittorio Alfieri also has free WI-FI, washing machine, mosquito nets at all windows. Air conditioning and heating for a fee.
