The apartment is located on the first floor of an elegant building recently renovated with great knowledge and care to create a high-level environment with quality finishes and materials.
Our experience designers can create bespoke routes and itineraries open air, private guided visits and food and wine tastings, guided bike tours and more directly from the apartment.

Interior Description

The apartment is large and spacious (140 m2), and is characterized by a modern and particularly bright design. Each object and furniture from which it is made, make it a unique and perfect accommodation for both short and long stays. It develops on two levels connected by a beautiful glass staircase, with the living area on the lower floor and the sleeping area on the upper floor.
Entering the apartment we find ourselves in front of an open space environment characterized by a large living room with a sofa and TV and a dining room which can become a single room together with the living room or remain separate. The dining room is characterized by a large sliding glass door that transforms the room into a loggia with a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding valley and a worktop consisting of a grill and sink.
The living room leads to the modern, functional and fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor is completed by a guest toilet and a comfortable closet with iron, ironing board and washing machine.
Going up to the first floor we find the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a single bed and a third double bedroom (convertible if necessary into a twin room) as well as a further bathroom with shower.
All the rooms are inspired by the fusion between the classic Tuscan style and the most modern trends: the ceilings have wooden beams in light colors, the bathrooms are large and modern with spacious and comfortable showers, the parquet and tiled floors welcome beautifully objects of design in wood, glass and plastic materials, fabrics and curtains have been studied to finnish off the rooms and the beautiful windows give light and splendid views of the surrounding area.
La Loggia Cortonese has free wi fi internet connection, air conditioning and heating, wine fridge.
Cortona is also the ideal place from which to discover the most beautiful Umbrian and Tuscan cities: Montepulciano, Montalcino, Arezzo, Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Pienza and many others are all less than an hour's drive away, while Florence and Rome are easily reachable by train.
