Nestled in the rolling hills of the Valdichiana countryside, at the foot of the beautiful Etruscan town of Cortona, we find ourselves in front of an incredible Resort that, from its elevated position, overlooks and masters the surrounding area: Il Borgo Resort.
Il Borgo is an incredible charming and modern property, surrounded by a beautiful landscape rich in cultivated fields, sunflowers, olive trees and above all vineyards. We are in the heart of Tuscany, immersed in the hills of this enchanting region at the foot of the ancient Etruscan city of Cortona, in an ideal position to quickly reach all the Tuscan and Umbrian attractions but at the same time in a position that will allow you to enjoy a holiday in the midst of nature and the great Tuscan food and wine traditions.

The Resort is composed of 13 residential units divided into categories (Classic, Superior and Luxury) but all characterized by modern and comfortable furnishings, with large interior spaces and private outdoor gardens set up with everything needed for your al fresco dinners. A few steps from the Resort you can enjoy the services of one of the most famous wineries in Tuscany (wine tastings and wine cellar visits, cooking classes) in which organic wines of great value are produced. At your disposal also an excellent restaurant where you can taste delicious local dishes in combination with the wines of the producer.

The Resort has common areas that can be used by all guests:
- a large outdoor panoramic swimming pool complete with sun deck with deckchairs and sun beds
- parking area with electric vehicle charging station (some units also have private parking and garages)
- wellness center with SPA area (sauna, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, emotional showers, massage room, heated massage beds and FITNESS area (gym with equippment)
- garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue
- access to the nearby winery with the possibility of tasting and tours (on request and payment)
- access to the nearby restaurant (upon reservation and payment)

For all our guests a special treatment will be reserved included in the price of their stay:
- bed linen and towels and final cleaning included;
- pool towels included;
- daily breakfast basket included, delivered directly to your unit;
- free access to the SPA area, gym and outdoor pool and garden;
- consumption of air conditioning and / or heating included;
- a bottle of local wine and water upon arrival included;
- access to the vegetable garden included;
- free wi fi and parking included;
- possibility (with an extra cost) to add a cooking class (including a final dinner with wine) and a wine tasting including the wine cellar tour.

The 13 units of Resort Il Borgo are divided into 3 different categories: Classic, Superior and Luxury

CLASSIC: The Classic apartments offer versatile spaces surrounded by olive trees and gardens. The traditional materials meet the functional and contemporary design of the furnishings, giving life to environments inherent to the characteristic greenery that surrounds them. The Classic apartments are composed of two bedrooms, with living room and kitchen, access to the garden and private outdoor dining area.

SUPERIOR: Class, clean lines and attention to detail characterize the Superior apartments. Bright environments, embellished with local traditional materials to embody the authenticity and beauty of the Tuscan territory. They are larger units, with ample space both for the rooms and for the shared spaces, with two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. They have a kitchen and a living room with fireplace. Some develop on two floors.

LUXURY: Class, clean lines and attention to detail characterize the Luxury apartments. Bright environments, embellished with local traditional materials to embody the authenticity and beauty of the Tuscan territory.
They are larger housing units, with ample space for both the rooms and the shared spaces, with two bathrooms.
The apartments have a living room, kitchen and private garden, to enjoy a comfortable space where you can relax in total privacy. The Luxury apartments all have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, for a total of 6 guests.
