DESCRIPTION
Villa le Rovine is located on the top of a Tuscan hill from which it is possible to enjoy a breathless 360° degree panoramic scenario, surrounded by colors and Tuscan flavours.
Its particular position make the Villa a peaceful and relaxing place yet the ideal starting point from which visit Siena, Florence and the most beautiful towns of the Tuscany region.
The villa was built in the ruins of a medieval fortress as reveal the same ruins you can find in the park all around which have been currently restored paying attention to keep both the original features and the style intact.
Villa Le Rovine is surrounded by a spacious well cured park with a perfect balance between the green areas full of Mediterranenan plants and flowers and the terracotta tilling.
You will find a private covered parking and shaded areas furnished with tables, seats, garden couches, a stone barbecue and a wood oven in the park.
The swimming pool (12mt x 6 mt, max depth 2,5 mt, open from May to October) nicely exposed to the sun throughout the day, is covered with a beautiful green marble and is provided with a solarium with sun beds and umbrellas.
A small area of the garden is characterized by a Reinassance style with geometrical shaped hedges that converge in the centre where a S.Frances statue is.
A pond to collect rain water used for irrigation completes the external area.
The villa is fully fenced and has free wifi connection.

Interior Description

INTERIOR
Villa Le Rovine is composed of one unique brick and stone unit that develops into two different levels connected through an internal staircase.
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the ground floor you find a spacious open space with a living -dining room with a fireplace, a large table, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge.
Two twins bedrooms convertible in two double ones, whose 1 with a private bathroom with shower and the laundry room complete the ground floor.
Most of the rooms located on the ground floor have french windows to enjoy the beautiful view onto the garden and the landscape even from the inside.
Through an internal staircase we reach the first floor composed of a large room with a mezzanine with two double sofa beds, a double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and a French window to enter the balcon which surrounds most of the building and leads you directly to the garden through an external staircase.
The villa have both the underfloor heating and the A/C systems, satellite tv, Wifi and heliport.
