Immerso nelle verdi colline che circondano la città etrusca di Cortona, considerata da sempre uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia, l'agriturismo Villa Magnolia vi offrirà un'esperienza unica e indimenticabile.
La struttura può ospitare fino a 12 persone, gli spazi interni ed esterni sono ampi ed accoglienti, progettati sia per le famiglie che per i gruppi di amici.
La piscina , il giardino ed il parcheggio sono privati e riservati all'uso esclusivo degli ospiti della villa per garantirvi il massimo della privacy.
La villa, risalente all'Ottocento, è stata oggetto negli anni di restauri e ristrutturazioni, apportati per adattare la struttura alle esigenze degli ospiti, mantenendo però intatto il classico stile rustico toscano che la contraddistingue.
La privacy è criterio essenziale: la piscina privata (12x6 metri - profondità massima 2,1 metri - aperta dal 15/04 al 30/10) ed un ampio spazio organizzato con giardino caratterizzano la proprietà. Grandi alberi di abeti, pini e quercia rendono l’ambiente sano e fresco. Le coltivazioni di alberi da frutto completano uno scenario suggestivo e ricco di colore.
Le attrezzature a disposizione degli ospiti comprendono anche barbecue, tavoli e gazebo esterni per cene e pranzi all’aperto che possono essere combinati con speciali piatti della tradizione toscana proposti dalla nostra cucina ed una bellissima idromassaggio riscaldata posta in posizione panoramica.
La villa si sviluppa su due livelli comunicanti tra loro sia con una scala interna che tramite due accessi esterni indipendenti.

Villa Magnolia si sviluppa su due livelli, collegati sia internamente per mezzo di una scala, sia con due accessi completamente indipendenti dall'esterno.
Il piano terra è composto da: ampio soggiorno con divani e camino, cucina completamente attrezzata, sala da pranzo con camino e piccolo soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia ed una seconda camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia.
Il piano superiore è composta da: soggiorno con camino provvisto di divano letto matrimoniale, una camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia, una camera matrimoniale con bagno con doccia ed un'altra camera matrimoniale con bagno con vasca.

We would like to share what a wonderful vacation we had in Cortona Italy.
Our Villa Magnolia (Antica Fonte /Daisey) was incredibly beautiful - the views and amenities were astounding. All of the people who helped us get settled in, coordinated tours or led tours for us were terrific.
Each tour was so unique and special - from our initial Cortona walking tour with Laura who shared so much of the history and appeal , then to meeting Gabriela to learn about the local wines and related customs - Allura!
Our cooking class with chef Francesco at Organika exceeded all expectations. Not only was the food amazing, the views were incredible and the entire team were so friendly and kind. We are so looking forward to sharing our new recipes and cooking technics with our neighbors in the states.
Then we met Oskar and team who took us on the most amazing ebike tour. Oskar shared the history of the area as well as much of the natural foliage. We saw so many beautiful and breathtaking sites and wrapped up with a delicious lunch in town. Everyone was so helpful, friendly and concerned for our safety. Given the May Day holiday there was much more traffic and people than usual but we felt safe and happy.
The crew who attended the winery tours with Gianluca could not say enough good things about his knowledge and attention to details. They felt very special and fortunate to have this amazing experience and the pictures prove it.
We ate at the most delicious restaurants - Dardano (twice), Osteria de Treatre and Agritourismo Acquaviva (twice). We look forward to coming back to see Elaina and Luca and their families again soon.
We also were fortunate that we had enough time to hike around the Villa. We saw Etruscan ruins, the family vineyards and olive trees. Saw hogs with piglets, porcupines and fighting rabbits and a little local fog and cat who kept guard around the grounds. We loved it all.

This Villa was beautiful and very clean. The host Angela very welcoming and accommodating.
We used this as a base to do day trips to Florence, Montalcino,Siena, Montepulciano, and Assisi.
Please add approximately 20-25 minutes to get up and down the mountain to your planning.

The second time we visited Villa Magnolia and we had a great time with the whole family. The jacuzzi is great, certainly with children who came out the pool. The wether was fine espacially at night when it. came fine temperature to sleep. So a very fine house and a great company because what ever you ask they do it for the quests.

We are totally grateful to Angela for the fascinating place she built. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could ever image you may need. In addition it is located in an enchanting place surrounded by nature and peace. Last but not least, the follow-up during the booking process and the service offered by RIT are a plus. Don't wait any further to book Villa Magnolia. If there was a slice of paradise in Tuscany, well it is Villa Magnolia.

Thank you for a wonderful experience in Tuscany. Staying at Villa Magnolia last week was a fantastic opportunity to enjoy Cortona and appreciate the Italian lifestyle. Your guides took very good care of us as we visited many beautiful destinations including Florence, Siena, Orvieto, and Montepulciano. We especially appreciated our time with Francesco Fratini - a true gentleman who made us laugh, taught us about wine, and proved to be an ideal host. We all look forward to visiting again, someday. Marvelous place with a great view (especially the sunset!). We had a great diner because of our 40th marriage anniversary. The pool is quit big and very clean because it is cleaned very regally. A great place to be and the people from Rent in Tuscany or Do in Tuscany do everything to make you happy or arrange nice places to be. Cortona is our favorite place in Italy!

It is tricky to find a property with enough beds and baths to accomodate 2 families - but Villa Magnolia did just that and more! This farmhouse has been beautifully remodeled and updated to high standards. Beds are comfortable, baths modern and clean. 2 sitting areas inside and several oudoor areas to gather. Kitchen has everything needed to cook - but bring #4 filters for american coffee (not found in town). Outdoor cooking fireplace works great and is lots of fun. Pool area is secluded and lovely, very clean. This property is in a small group of older farmhouses, mostly rentals. This was not an issue as there are plenty of grounds and plantings to provide privacy. Gated entrance for security. Owners/managers are extremely helpful and responsive to issues. We lost power one day and the owner came by to check on us and give updates. One of our favorite meals was prepared by the owners mother in the villa. Do take advantage of this offering! Her Tiramisu is THE BEST we’ve ever tasted! Managers were also able to arrange transfers from Rome airport and local car rental for the week. You are 20 minutes from the nearest town (Cortona), up a curvy mountain road. Plan to stop for suppllies before checkin. This property is a bit removed for exploring Italy if it is your first visit. But, if you are looking for a spot to relax and pretend you’re an Italian - this is it! Can’t wait to return!

We were a group of 8 staying at Villa Magnolia. The property is up in the surrounding mountains of the city of Cortona with a beautiful view of the valley below. The accommodations were very comfortable, each with its own bathroom. The large fire place was a great way to relax after a long day touring. The property was quite, peaceful and a great vacation spot to get away from daily routine.

Villa Magnolia is in the countryside and you definitely want to have a car. Private, great place for a large group and a wonderful spot. We wish we could have used the pool, but the weather was a it cold. We booked through Travel Ideas and work with Angela, Kirsten and Frederica. The team set up wonderful tours for us around Tuscany and each night we came back to the Villa, ready for a relaxing evening. Beautiful spot for families or a girls trip.
