Casa Monteverdi is an apartment located in the historic center of the city of Cortona, in a secluded and quiet position but nearby from all the attractions of the city at the same time. The feature that makes it unique is the delicious garden (private and enclose from external walls) full of flowers and plants which will become a lovely space where you can enjoy a moment of relax.

The apartment has an area of 80mq, is the ideal for 2 people and it is spread on two levels connected internally by a particular spiral staircase that characterizes the living area. The property has direct access from the garden on the ground floor where we can find the living area which is composed by dining table, modern sofa and a Smart TV. In the living area we can also find the kitchen in the corner, it is well-equipped for cooking with all the home appliances and utensils you may need.
The spiral staircase leads you on the first floor where we have the sleeping area composed of a double bedroom and a hallway where, on request, it is possible to transform the sofa into a singular sofa bed. On the same floor we also find a beautiful small terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy a particular view of the garden and the roofs of the city.
A bathroom with shower completes the first floor.
Casa Monteverdi is equipped with free wi-fi and washing machine. Air conditioning and heating for a fee. Windows are provided with mosquito nets.
